An Update

Hi Everyone! We're back. We've been gone for a bit, working on a new project, and are so excited to finally share it with you. We'd like to introduce you to a love like that, our new space, where we can branch out beyond weddings and talk about everything from fashion to food, design, photography, and pretty much anything that catches our eye. We're hoping this will allow us to share a little bit more about ourselves. Hope you'll check it out and tag along for the ride.

We'll continue to update marigolds & mithai with weddings and images that inspire us, but are hoping to make a love like that our new home for daily musings.

By the way, have we ever mentioned our obsession with the iPhone app Hipstamatic? We're using it for anything and everything these days (case in point, the pictures above). Another good one is Shake It. You take a picture, shake the phone around and voila, an instant polaroid. How fun would it be to have one friend take wedding pictures exclusively with these apps. If any of you end up doing that, we'd love to see the results!

Hello There!

And so we're back. Our little break turned into quite an extended hiatus, didn't it? We were feeling a little uninspired, and thought a few days away would do us some good, but it quickly turned into a few months off. Oops. But we're back, excited for the new year and all that lies ahead.

We haven't been completely useless during our time away though; we've continued contributing to Vogue India's online community! We thought we'd get you all up to speed with a round-up of some of our latest posts for them:

One Year Old

Can't believe Marigolds & Mithai is a year old today! This time last year we crossed our fingers and had no idea what to expect with this whole blogging thing. And now here we are, guest blogging for Vogue India, meeting other amazing bloggers and getting encouragement and support from all of you. Its been a great year!

Just An Update

You may have noticed things have been a little slow around here on marigolds & mithai and that's because one of us recently moved to London for grad school! So we've been getting used to the long distance and are figuring out how to get things done with our new schedules. But we hope to be back to posting regularly soon.

We also have some very exciting news about a new project that we're starting, and we can't wait to share it with all of you on Monday. Until then, have a great weekend everyone and thank you for all of your support.
