gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteM & M -- As a frenzied south asian bride planning a wedding (Dec!) halfway across the world, I love the inspiration that your blog provides. And as a graduate student planning the wedding, every giveaway counts! So here is a shout out to you both and your work -- love it!
ReplyDeleteBlue Lotus -- Unlike many of the photographers out there, I love the attention they bring to detail (The baraat horses' pale eye in the Ricky + Priya photoshoot), design (I love Eko's perfectly symmetric puggle family portrait) and most importantly, people (love Priya's expressions as she does the Pheras)
P.A. Did anyone else notice that tiffany looked like katherine hiegel in the second photograph?
Absolutely LOVE the priya & ricky wedding pics. Every photo has a touch of beauty.. what lovely photographers! thanks for hosting this give-away
ReplyDeleteevery photo is wonderful...iam now inspired to make my own "101 things to do in 1001 days" list!
ReplyDeleteVery creative! They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, that's an understatement when it comes to their photographs. I like how they really capture the right moment and pay attention to detail. Those are some really important aspects that a photographer should have and what better place than the nation's capital to be able to have fun while capturing memories. :
ReplyDeleteThe photographs are amazing and I especially loved the list of things to accomplish in 1001 days. It gave so much more meaning to the blog and photographer. I could really sense the passion that Blue Lotus has for life, photography, and charity.
ReplyDeleteThis would be an exciting adventure! I love the photographs posted from their site, absolutely beautiful :)

ReplyDeleteWhat can I say that hasn't been said already. The way you capture an individuals emotions and bring that out in the picture makes the photos even more cherishable. I am always the one to shy away from being photographed for fear of lacking photogenicity, but in your hands i know that these trepidations would pass. Great work and good luck in your future endeavors.
These photos are dreamy... so inspiring, especially for my October wedding. Although the "California Love: Priya+Ricky" wedding on the beach will be a tad bit difficult to recreate in DC ;)
