Real Engagement Session: Tasneem and Abhi
We're loving the clean lines and minimalist feel of this engagement session by Matei Horvath Photography. There's a lightness to the photographs that works beautifully with the architecture of the Griffith Observatory.

Real Engagement Party: Arti and Niraj
Today we thought we'd sign off for the week with a little engagement party. The groom-to-be sent us an email saying his fiance was a fan of the blog and he wanted to surprise her by having her see her own pictures on the site one day. How could we possibly say no to such a sweet gesture!
Some of the things we're loving - the lucite chairs, chic venue, and the bride's choice of a long kundan necklace paired with a sleek top!

Congrats Arti and Niraj!

A Real Engagement Party: Parul and Jeff
We wanted to share some awesome party pics to get you in the mood for your big day. The actual party element is so important and one we especially love because it's all about having fun. So, with that, some of you might remember Parul and Jeff from their engagement session, or their rehearsal dinner. But they also had an engagement party, on halloween no less. Fun costumes, dry ice punch, and masks of Parul and Jeff - it all made for one heck of a party. And Josh Gruetzmacher was there to document the whole thing.

A Real Engagement Session: Nirav and Neha
Love the gritty, urban feel to this engagement session by indigo foto. Nirav and Neha walked around the meatpacking district in New York, and then ended up at the Mr. Brainwash art gallery for some really fun photographs.
Check it out.

A Real Engagement Session: Soumya and Anil
Today's engagement session is a perfect dream. Each photograph by Chennergy takes your breath away and we're so coveting that dress - such a romantic puff of glitter and tulle.
Anil likes to work with cars, so they decided to use them in the e-session - by the way, he looks pretty dapper for a man in overalls don't you think? And the last few photographs were taken at the Signature Lounge in the John Hancock Building, the very place where the proposal happened!

A Real Engagement Session: Joti and Jayesh
Joti and Jayesh met at an airport. It's one of those moments you only expect to see in the movies, so it makes sense they captured it in their engagement session. Digitology did a great job bringing it all together with the flowers, signs, and all the international love. Aren't they just the cutest pair?

A Real Engagement Session: Meena and Jamie
Today seemed like a good day to share a windswept engagement session from Punam Bean. Doesn' t it look so easy, and natural?

Love that the pictures give such a relaxed vibe....

A Real Engagement Session: Farah and Izhat
And we're back!
What better way to start the week than with these dreamy photographs by Sarah Yates. Farah and Izhat actually live in Singapore, and flew all the way to California for their engagement session. These ethereal photographs were certainly worth the trip, don't you think?

Farah will be wearing a sari for the wedding, so she decided to wear a white dress for some of the engagement pictures, just like this bride....it's a great way to mix things up and get the best of both worlds. We're big fans of the idea.
Congratulations Farah and Izhat!
